Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cups fresh peas
2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
salt
fresh ground white pepper
Directions:
1. Melt butter with lemon juice and zest over medium heat.
2. Add peas and cook till just tender.
3. Stir in mint and salt and pepper.
4. Serve immediately.
