Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In large skillet melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add onion and cook, stirring often for 3 min, or until soft.
3. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring for 5 min or until tender.
4. Stir in peas, lemon, salt and pepper.
5. Cook, stirring until heated through.
