When fresh pears are available, try these shakes for the whole family. Good with ice in it too.
Ingredients:
3 pears, bartlett are good,cored and chopped
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup low-fat milk
ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender Whirl until smooth.
