1. peel Pears with peeler cut them into slices 2. Caramlize the pears heat frying pan over hight heat add 2 tbsp veg oil then carefully spoon in pear wedges make sure they all have contact with bottom of pan while caramelizeing turn the pears as they tend to burn you also want to brown all over season the pears with salt and pepper when golden brown remove pears from pan place onto a tray to cool 3. caremelize walnuts add walnuts to hot pan and caramelize for 2 mins add iceing sugar mix well turn off heat mix well then place on try salt and pepper 4. make vinagerette 5. then add the salad walnuts blue cheese pears then add vinagerette
