Pear & Gorgonzola Salad

A different twist on a dinner salad
Ingredients:
1 head butter lettuce
2 ripe pears, chopped
1 (2 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup raisins
pine nuts or slivered almonds, if desired
2 ounces gorgonzola
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey (or less)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 -5 drops fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Wash, dry and tear lettuce.
2. If it's tiny, use two.
3. Place in bowl with pears, oranges, raisins& pine nuts.
4. Top with crumbled gorgonzola.
5. Cover& refrigerate until ready to serve.
6. Mix mustard w/ honey, add mayo& lemon juice.
7. Dress and toss salad just before serving.
