This recipe goes with Cumin Lamb Chops with Pear Chutney
Ingredients:
3 cups chopped pear (about 2)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes or until thick. Serve warm or at room temperature.
