Pear Cardamom Bread (Light)

This recipe is a lighter version of chia's Pear Cardamom Bread.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup splenda granular
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 1/2 cups chopped pears, ripe, unpeeled, cored
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 egg white
1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all bread ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Pour into prepared pan; mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.
4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted off center comes out clean.
5. Allow to cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and allow to cool completely for 1 hour.
