Pear Amp Smoked Turkey Salad

All-in-one salad. Grab stuff from the deli and the under 10 check-out line and I'm good to go.
Ingredients:
2 cups of baby spring greens
1 head of romaine chopped (about 2 cups)
1 pack of hydroponic spinach leaves (2 cups)
1 large bunch of green onions, diced
1/2 cup of chopped toasted pecans
2 red pears, cored and sliced thin or chunked
1 1/2 cups of smoked turkey, cut in a chunky dice
dressing
1/2 cup of best mayonnaise
1/2 cup of whole berry cranberry sauce
squeeze of one fresh lemon
generous squeeze from the honey bear
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Dice onions, chop pecans, chop pears, chop turkey.
2. In a large bowl, mix the washed and dried greens. Add the other ingredients.
3. Mix dressing with a fork, taste add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Pour over salad, toss and eat right away.
5. Feeds four generously.
