I found this recipe in a newspaper several years ago and have been making it ever since. I don't really know why this is called what it is but it's actually a really delicious relatively low-fat peanut butter pie. It's easy to make in a pinch and is always a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes white chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 chocolate cookie pie crust
chocolate syrup
Directions:
1. Place pudding mix in medium bowl. Add milk and mix well.
2. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave or on the stove. Add the peanut butter to the mix and stir in (do not blend, just until it is swirled together). Pour into the pie shell. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top, use knife to swirl through the pie. Place in refrigerator until set (20 or 30 minutes).
3. NOTES: You can also use magic shell on the top instead of the syrup. Also, you are free to use 2% milk which helps save on fat and calories and it still comes out delicious!
