Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the peanut oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce and chili sauce.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
  3. In a large glass bowl, combine cabbage, green onions and cilantro.
  4. Add the dressing and then the chopped peanuts.
  5. Season with salt & pepper, toss until peanuts are mixed inches.
