Directions:

  1. Saute Jalapeno and shallot in cooking oil untill translucent.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir together.
  3. Cook at a low heat untill sauce thickens, aprox. 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve over your favorite dish.
