Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh ground organic peanuts
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/8 cup tamari
4 ounces red curry paste
1 bunch thai basil
4 kafir fresh lime leaves
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
12 ounces coconut milk
1/4 cup cilantro
1/8 cup brown sugar
2 ounces lime juice
1/2 cup scallion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions:
1. place coconut milk in pan on the stove over low heat -.
2. add: fresh ground peanuts/blend well with wisk -.
3. add:.
4. curry paste,thai basil,kaffir lime leaves,lime juice,sesame oil,sweet chili sauce,,brown sugar,cilantro,tamari sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
5. simmer for 1 hour on low heat.do not allow to boil.
6. best when served warm/with chicken,rice/or pan fried noodles.
