Peanut Satay Sauce

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon hot chili sauce, sriracha or sambal oelek
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
Directions:
1. Place peanut oil in non-stick saute pan over low heat. Sweat onion 1-2 minutes. Add brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, chili sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce and peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter melts and everything combines.
