This is a good side dish to go with a spicy chicken bake or Thai chicken salad wraps. Or just eating plain!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup white wine vinegar (you can also use rice vinegar)
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce, add more to taste
1 tablespoon sugar
2 garlic cloves, add more to taste
1 dash cayenne
Directions:
1. Mix in bowl and add to cooked rice.
