Peanut Oat Breakfast Cookies

Good for Breakfast! You can sub applesauce for some or all of the bananas (might need to adjust sweetness).
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup protein powder
1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
2 bananas
1 package artificial artificial sweetener (i use stevia)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix everything together (I like to leave chunks of bananas), shape into 4 cookies and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
