Peanut Noodles

This is a nice dish to serve with fish or chicken or to eat alone. You can serve it hot, warm or at room temperature. Leftovers are good too!
Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta, cooked (i like to use spinach fettichine)
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3 tablespoons tahini
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chili paste
4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
4 green onions, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
Directions:
1. Cook pasta.
2. Blend all other ingredients except green onion and carrot.
3. Mix hot pasta with peanut butter mixture until pasta evenly covered.
4. Stir in green onion and carrot.
