Peanut Molasses Granola

So easy to make and so good on fruit, yogurt, and even ice cream
Ingredients:
3 cups old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups peanuts, lightly salted
1/2 cup flaked coconut, sweetened
1/2 cup light molasses
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup water
3 tbls. vegetable oil
1 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Spray large baking sheet with non stick cooking spray
3. Mix first 3 ingredients on sheet
4. In saucepan, add molasses, brown sugar, water and bring to boil
5. Pour over oat mixture
6. Toss to coat
7. Bake for 20 minutes
8. Stir in raisins and bake another 15 minutes, stirring frequently
9. Transfer pan to rack and scrape to loosen from pan
10. Cool completely, stirring occasionally to prevent from sticking
