low fat, low sugar granola bar
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup peanut butter, natural
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Directions:
1. Combine dried ingredients. Mix wet together (heating honey and pb if necessary). Mix all together - will be sticky. Press into greased 8 x8 pan and bake at 300F for 18-20 minutes.
