Peanut Ginger Chocolate Peanut Butter Whip

Ginger is a natural anti inflamatory. 3/4 tsp of ginger daily is good for arthritis. This is a good way to sneak it into your diet. Peanut butter is really good for diabetics, as well.
Ingredients:
2 cups nonfat milk
1 (3 ounce) box sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
8 ounces cool whip
1/3 cup peanut butter
3/4 teaspoon ginger, per serving (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare pudding according to package directions.
2. Beat in peanut butter.
3. Fold in Cool Whip.
4. Stir in Ginger.
