Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/3 cup half-and-half cream
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepot.
2. Stir in the brown sugar and half and half and peanut butter.
3. Stir over low heat until smooth and beginning to come to a boil.
4. Stir in the peanuts and vanilla.
5. Serve warm.
6. Makes 2 1/2 cups topping.
