Both recipes are from Savannah Seasons, a cookbook by Elizabeth Terry, a famed chef from Savannah, GA, and owner of Elizabeth's on 37th.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until blended and smooth. Set aside to thicken and combine the flavors for at least 30 minutes. Store in the refrigerator; serve at room temperature.
