Peanut-Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
2 tablespoon(s) creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon(s) dark sesame oil
1.5 cup(s) fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
granish: chopped dry-roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon(s) grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon(s) light brown sugar
2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
1 tablespoon(s) lite soy sauce
1 tablespoon(s) peanut or vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 cup(s) reduced-sodium fat free chicken broth
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt, divided
2 skinned/boned chicken breasts, cubed
2 tablespoon(s) sweet chili sauce
1 cup(s) uncooked jasmine rice
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package.
2. Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 tsp salt.
3. Whisk together broth and next 7 ingredients.
4. Heat oils in skillet/wok over high heat 1-2 min or til hot. Add chicken and stir fry 5 min or til browned and no longer pink inside. Add peas, pepper, and remaining 1/4 tsp salt and cook 2 min, stirring often. Add broth mixture and bring to boil. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 min or til thickened. Serve over rice and garnish if desired.
