Peanut Butterscotch Squares

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups corn flakes

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together the butter and brown sugar.
  3. Add the flour and press into a buttered 9x13 baking pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. In a sauce pan combine the sugar and light corn syrup and bring to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add butterscotch chip and peanut butter.
  8. Stir until melted.
  9. Add corn flakes.
  10. Spread carefully onto the crumb crust.
  11. Cool and cut into squares.
