Peanut Butter Toast With Icy-Cold Banana Milk

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Combine the milk, bananas, maple syrup, vanilla, and a handful of ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 minute.
  3. Put the peanut butter in a small bowl or ramekin and heat in the microwave until warm, about 10 seconds. Spread the peanut butter on the toast and drizzle with honey. Dust with powdered sugar.
  4. Pour the banana milk into the glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
