Peanut Butter Syrup

From . This recipe can be used over ice cream, waffles, pancakes or in crepes and stores well in the fridge for a few weeks. I don't know the number of servings so I am just putting 12.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons karo syrup
1/4 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boiling.
2. Boil, and remove from heat.
3. Cool slightly, then add in milk - up to one cup to thin syrup out to a good consistency.
