Ingredients:
1 tablespoon reduced-fat creamy or crunchy peanut butter spread
1 slice white sandwich bread
1 slice whole wheat sandwich bread
3 tablespoons apple butter
Directions:
1. Spread peanut butter spread over slice of white sandwich bread. Top with slice of whole wheat bread. Trim crusts, if desired. Cut sandwich into 3 rectangles. Serve with apple butter for dipping. Serve immediately.
