This is great after a morning workout. Keep cut up frozen bananas on hand. I cut up ripe bananas and place in snack size storage bags. Then place the snack bags in a larger bag and put in freezer.
Ingredients:
1 cup cold skim milk
1 cut up frozen ripe banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend till smooth.
