Homemade Protein Bars, easy do it yourself bars.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flax seed
64 grams natural peanut butter
100 grams chocolate protein powder
Directions:
1. mix ingredients together with 1/3 cup of water and 2 packs of splenda. Portion into 5 balls, place onto plastic wrap and flatten into bars, refrigerate or freeze.
