Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup crunch granola cereal
1 medium banana, sliced
1 cup sliced strawberry
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine first three ingredients.
2. Spoon half the mixture into 4 parfait glasses.
3. Top each with 2 TB cereal, then 1/2 of the fruit. Repeat.
4. Garnish with mint, if desired.
