This is a handy recipe, because it uses basic ingredients, and is easy and quick!
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups quick oats
Directions:
1. Add sugar, butter, salt and milk in saucepan and bring to a rapid boil.
2. Boil hard 1 minute stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper.
6. Let cool and dry.
