Peanut Butter Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 -4 tbsp light cream
  • 2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream peanut butter and honey.
  2. Add salt and blend.
  3. Add cream and sugar alternately, a little at a time, until used up.
  4. Add vanilla; mix until smooth.
  5. Will frost two (8 or 9-inch) layers.
