Peanut Butter Heath Bar Quinoa Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in Heath bar bits.
  6. Spoon heaping tablespoon balls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Press down with fork.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until starting to brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to wire rack for 5 more minutes.
