Easy, no bake snack, packed with healthy goodness, but still very tasty. Modify it to suit your tastes. Originally from Wondertime magazine.
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup honey
3 cups old fashioned oats, toasted
1/2 cup flax seed, ground
1/2 cup natural bran
3/4 cup kashi golean cereal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup dried cherries
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix together 1 cup peanut butter and 1 cup honey until smooth. Gradually add in the rest of the ingredients.
2. Use a cookie scoop to shape into balls.
3. Refridgerate to make less sticky.
