Ingredients:
12 ounce(s) peanut butter creamy
7 1/2 ounce(s) marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 cup(s) peanuts chopped
2 cup(s) granulated sugar
2 cup(s) brown sugar firmly packed
3/4 cup(s) milk
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 cup(s) peanut halves
Directions:
1. Butter a large pan (about 12x7x2 inches) or two or more smaller pans. Open jar of marshmallow cream. Have peanuts ready and loosen cap to vanilla for ready measuring. These ingredients need to be added the instant the cooked mixture is removed from the heat.
2. Combine peanut butter, marshmallow cream, vanilla, and chopped nuts in a large bowl. Set aside.
3. Into a four-quart saucepan, measure sugar, then add salt and milk; stir well. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate mixture. Stir quickly and vigorously until well blended. When mixture begins to thicken, turn into buttered pan(s). When cold, slice into squares.
