Completes my peanut butter cake, but I'm sure would be tasty on anything!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup softened butter
2 plus 4 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk (plus some for thinning)
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. In extra-large bowl, beat the peanut butter and softened butter with mixer until smooth.
2. Slowly add 2 cups powdered sugar, beating well.
3. Beat in 1/3 cup milk and vanilla.
4. Slowly beat in remaining powdered sugar (4 and 1/2 cups).
5. Beat in additional milk 1 Tbsp. at a time to make the frosting a spreadable consistency.
