Peanut Butter Feel Full Bar - High Fiber Eat this bar 30 minutes prior to meals with 8 ounces of water to curb your appetite, or use bar as a meal replacer. Use once to twice per day.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups fiber one cereal
2 cups puffed wheat cereal
1 1/2 cups reese's peanut butter puffs cereal
Directions:
1. Melt honey, peanut butter, and milk powder together on stove in large pot.
2. When melted, remove from heat and add cereal.
3. Stir well.
4. Press into 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking oil. (Make like rice krispies).
5. Cool, cut into 15 pieces.
