Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat margarine and sugars.
  2. Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla.
  3. Beat till smooth.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  5. For easier shaping, chill for an hour.
  6. Form into 1 balls.
  7. Place 2 apart on a baking paper.
  8. Flatten each ball by crisscrossing with the tines of a fork dipped in sugar.
  9. Bake at 375 for 10- 12 minutes or until bottoms are lightly brown and cookies are set.
