1 cup butter, softened
1 cup crunchy peanut butter

3-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups chopped walnuts

2-1/2 cups (15 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
4 teaspoons shortening
chopped nuts or sprinkles
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter until light and fluffy Beat in vanilla. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and mix well. Stir in the cracker crumbs, walnuts and coconut. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place on baking sheets; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth.
