Under 300 calorie breakfast. Great for my 5 meal a day diet plan.
Ingredients:
1/4 c steel cut oats
1 t natural peanut butter
1 tsp chocolate syrup
2 tsp splenda no calorie
Directions:
1. Soak steel cut oats over night or follow package instructions.
2. When oatmeal is done and hot, add peanut butter, and splenda. Stir just to get peanut butter moved around abit. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
