Ingredients:
12 ounces tofu, silken
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons vanilla soymilk
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor, slowly drizzling in the soy milk. Blend until smooth.
2. Spoon into 5 serving dishes, and refrigerate. Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
