Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola

Peanut buttery and chocolaty granola, great for yogurt!
Ingredients:
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet.
2. Blend together oats, brown sugar and cocoa powder.
3. In a microwaveable bowl, stir together oil, honey and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir until well blended. Add vanilla.
4. Pour oil mixture over oats and stir well. Break up any clumps of brown sugar.
5. Bake for 1 hour. If you do not want clumps, stir every 15 minutes. If you want clumps, do not stir.
6. Let cool for 30 minutes. Slide a spatula under the oats, it makes great clumps!
7. Eat stirred in yogurt or ice cream.
