Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Brownies with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients:
2 stick(s) butter, softened
1 3/4 cup(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 cup(s) peanut butter
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 cup(s) flour
1 1/2 cup(s) chocolate chunks
1 1/2 cup(s) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
1 tablespoon(s) butter, softened
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 - grease 9x13 pan
2. cream butter and sugar with electric mixer - when light and fluffy, add PB and beat until incorporated - beat in eggs, egg yolk and vanilla - by hand, stir in flour and chocolate chips
3. spread in pan
4. bake on center rack for 35-40 minutes - cool completely
5. Ganache
6. put chocolate chips in heat-proof bowl
7. in saucepan or microwave-safe measuring cup, heat cream until it starts to boil
8. pour cream over chips and let stand for a minute
9. stir well to melt chips, stir in butter
10. spread over cooled brownies and let set
