Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

A quick and easy low fat treat.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened toasted coconut
2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons peanut butter chips
1 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons liquid honey
3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, coconut, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, corn syrup, honey, peanut butter, water and vanilla until well combined.
4. Pat the mixture into a prepared pan.
5. Bake in the center of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden and the bars seem firm.
6. Let the pan cool on a wire rack completely before cutting into bars.
