Peanut Butter Cake

Sweet peanut butter cake made easy using boxed white cake mix.
Ingredients:
1 box (2 layer size) white cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3 3/4 ounces)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
Directions:
1. Generously butter 2 8x8in cake pans with the soft butter. Line the bottom of each with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix and pudding mix, oil, water, and eggs until well blended, about 4 minutes at medium speed.
3. Beat in the peanut butter.
4. Pour about 1/2 of the batter into each pan.
5. Bake at 350 Degrees F. for about 35 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto rack and cool thoroughly.
7. Ice both with chocolate frosting and serve as two cakes or layer the cakes with a chocolate filling and frosting.
