Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together in a saucepan butter, water, peanut butter, and oil and bring to a boil.
  2. Turn off heat and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet. (I use a cake pan.)
  4. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with Peanut Butter Icing. Yum!
