Peanut Butter Breakfast Roll

Clipped this from a newspaper coupon! Looks like a good Sunday morning breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
8 pancakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 medium bananas
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Evenly spread peanut butter on pancakes. Or, for apple cinnimon peanut butter flavor, mix in 1/4 cup applesauce and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon with peanut butter.
2. Halve bananas lenghwise and then crosswise. Place banana pieces on pancakes.
3. Cut pancake rolls into equal pieces. Serve with maple syrup (if desired).
