Peanut Butter Bread

Easy to mix up and delicious to eat.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 cup white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix together peanut butter and milk with a mixer.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Pour into a greased 8x4 inch loaf pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
5. Allow to cool in pan 20 minutes.
6. Remove to rack to finish cooling.
