Peanut Butter Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup bran
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 then oil muffin tins.
  2. In bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda.
  3. In another bowl blend together egg, milk and oil then stir in bran, peanut butter and honey.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes then fill muffin tins 2/3 full then bake 20 minutes and cool on rack.
