Oh, the indulgent taste of this drink! What's better than peanut butter and banana, especially when its healthy? If you don't like banana, just leave it out because it's still a great drink. This recipe is from the Dairy Farmers Of Canada. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup 1% low-fat milk (or whatever kind you like)
1 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 -2 handfuls of crushed ice (4 - 8 ice cubes)
1 banana (optional)
Directions:
