Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

A quick to make, very nutritious breakfast you & your kids will love! You don't even need syrup on these!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 very ripe banana
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
1. Mash banana well, add peanut butter, eggs and baking soda and mix very well.
2. Drop by talbespoonfull onto hot, ungreased griddle.
3. DO NOT MAKE TOO BIG or you won't be able to flip them!
4. Flip when bubbles appear on top (5 minutes?)
5. Cook an additional 2 minutes until done.
6. Makes about 15-18 3 pancakes.
